¡¡ The Academic IELTS test is for people who wish to study or work professionally in an English speaking country such as the UK, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand. All candidates must complete four Modules - Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. All candidates take the same Listening and Speaking Modules. Candidates have a choice between General and Academic in the Reading and Writing Modules. The Academic Module is somewhat more difficult than the General one and aims to test language skills that are required at the university level. For example, reading a table of experimental results and writing up an analysis or summary. |
